4 Goodyear tires replaced. Tires being replaced had their treads wear out at less than half of 80K warranty (37K). Walmart would not give credit for failure of tires to meet 80K treadwear warranty. This was not fault of particular store but of Walmart corporate system failure.

Walmart is the only one selling me tires, balancing and rotating, and servicing my vehicles. Now I need ALL new lug nuts. I've never had to replace lug nuts EVER before on ANY of my vehicles, now I need 20 new ones. This shouldn't be happening. Otherwise the service is great.

Manny on the tires that the website said they had available for purchase, they said they didn't have in stock. They also charge you $15 to balance and rotate your tires. Every other shop I've ever been to, this was included in buying the tires from them. Will not return

both services in advance in close time slots. Everything only took an hour to complete. My SUV drives smoother now. I love getting my vehicle serviced at the Auburn Super Center. I always receive excellent and expedient service.

When I pulled up to the service area, I was ignored by all employees that were outside. They just walked around while I sat in the car for 10 minutes until I finally went inside to see what the process was, only for the employee to tell me that I had to talk to the employees outside to let them know what I needed.

They left the oil cap off after filling and shut the hood on top of the cap which was laying on the side of the engine compartment. They dented my hood slightly and let oil splatter all over my engine as it was driven home. Thank goodness I discovered Wal-Mart's mistake before further damage was realized.
