The normal price for my oil change is $26.88 they said they bee out of the oil filter for several months so they charge me a extra $11.97 for a oil filter when the oil filter as already included in the cost of the oil change so this does not sound right

They offer a wide variety of motor oils at Walmart. They price their oils changes at about $27.00, including the filter. The better(more premium) oil that you want is the extra cost added to the basic oil change($27.00). This makes a Castrol or Mobile 1 oil change cheaper at Walmart than almost anywhere else. Also, they still check your tires, battery and fluids as part of the service. The actual service only takes about 15-20 minutes.

I took it in for an oil change and tire balance/rotation. The upsold me the fuel injector cleaner and they did a poor job and I had the check engine light and the trac light on for a month. They finally fixed it and said they need to just tighten the fuel injector. I took it up a previous time and they said I just needed to drive it.

They may have changed the oil, but they didn't do anything else on the checklist of things that are supposed to be done with each oil change. Like checking fluid levels and the air filter.

They couldn't figure out how too log me in when I got there for my scheduled appointment because of how they ordered my tire so I waited and waited mi ex you u got there at 5:15 pm for apt and I didn't get out of there till past 8 so ya a little frustrating

Half hour wait in line. Oil change and rotate tires. Rotation should be free since I bought them there. I had used different phone numbers on those purchases, so they couldn't find the purchase. Finally they found purchase of two tires, so offered half off $20 charge. After work completed was charged full $20 anyway

The service was short of my expectations in comparison to any previous ones. NEVER have techs NOT given me a courtesy vacuum or removed previous next oil change sticker before applying the new one. I was extremely disappointed. I'm definitely going elsewhere to have future oil changes. This ordeal has me wondering if I actually got what I paid for in regards to the oil used. SMH!
