The fixed my flat tire, but were not willing to negotiate a better offer for four new tires the next day. I told them that I would come back if they present a discount for tires that were not my original pick. They sold out the tires I needed prior. I left and went to NTB instead. NTB had better pricing and quality.

Everyone was helpful and courteous. I need to check to see what type of tire was replaced on the flat. New, Used or retread? Also, I didn't declined to rotate the tires; I wanted to have my tires rotated and balanced. I told the lady in the front, but I don't think she understood me.
