I had an issue with being overcharged for a maintenance oil change and tire rotation. They also neglected to wash my car which was advertised as included. However, the team got back to me within a reasonable amount of time and refunded the overcharge. They also offered a free car wash when convenient. I am satisfied with the rectification, however, I am not sure I will return.

They were friendly, quick, and professional. They kept me informed about the status of the recall service, and let me know the hows and whys behind it. They were a little slow to accept my vehicle once in the garage (my rep was on a phone call, and the other rep eventually got me).

Service was fine, attention to the customer not so much. Truck was done and outside on the lot for almost 1/2 an hour. I had to go out to the service desk and ask if it was finished and the service writer had the paperwork in front of him the whole time. If they were busy I could understand, but I was one of two customers and our cars were the only ones in the shop.

I had my vehicle towed to Wally's after a brake line failure. In the short time the vehicle was with them, the mechanic who was working on the vehicle left for another job, which created chaos. Additionally, my claim which should've been covered on a new vehicle was denied, because Wally's Service representative gave an uninformed determination and took the easy way out. Now I have to jump through hoops to get my claim covered. I would highly recommend future customers think twice before using Wally's.
