She clearly listens to why I have brought my car in. Then she explains what the technicians will do in the diagnostic stage. She then updates me and explains how to resolve the issue. Charity is one of the main reasons I have my service done at Wallace Imports of Bristol.

They were unwilling to listen to our concerns about our vehicle and already decided they knew what the problem was before we even got there. It's pretty bad that a practically brand new vehicle sounds like a 25 year old hunk of junk and the dealership won't even attempt to find the problem.

I contunue to drive here from Banner Elk, NC because thr service is that exceptionsl. They always complete requested maintenance within specified time frame and they do not try to sell me anything else nor have I ever heard or seen it with any other customer. I always wait for the service to be completed as their waiting roon is CLEAN, bright and comfortable. EXTRA PERK, the free deluxe car wash which I finally took advantage of!

They thought they had the part in stock but did not, had to order it from a local supplier but would not have it until the afternoon. Waited at the dealership for 6 hours, once they had the part it only took them 15-20 minutes to install. They did not tell me they did not have the part until I had been there 90 minutes. I should have been offered a discount for spending the entire day there.

They replaced & fixed my oil separation part, cracked oil pan and a timing cover. I was given a loaner car, a 2023 Subaru Outback to use while my car was being serviced. Checked in, service rep went over what was recommended, what my previous services included and what I did and did not want done. Service was conducted in reasonable time and the rep then went over all the results including brake pad wear, tire wear, condition of cabin filter, etc. Very thorough. He then walked me to my car.
