I contacted Walker Motors by various methods which included email and phone and got no response from either. I FINALLY reached them by phone and not only were they unprofessional the car in question was supposedly sold according to them two weeks before. But I had been contacting them for 4 weeks and quite possibly had I gotten a response to ANY of my communication, I would probably have had my car. Very disappointing.

Ordered a trailer hitch through GMC & had it delivered to Walkers. Called & made appt to have it installed. Took Acadia to Walkers & had hitch installed. Service & parts employees were very friendly & had job done in an hour. We will definitely go back & support Walker Automotive. Job well done!!!

My Equinox was in for a state inspection, oil change, and tire rotation. Everything was performed promptly and satisfactorily. Because the car is only a year old, no additional service was needed. I have been taking my vehicles to Walker's for several years and have always been satisfied with their service.

Fixed starter and flywheel, mechanic did not bother to check transmission fluid once job was done. Transmission fluid was over a quart low. I am glad I checked their shoddy work. Also paid over $300 for GM rebuilt starter with 2year warranty, I could have bought a NAPA starter with lifetime warranty for $174. I was way over charged for parts and labor and I WILL NOT go back to Walkers for service again.
