Walker Ford service is consistently excellent, both the actual service as well as my usual service advisor, Don Mast. Every effort is made to complete the necessary work in a timely fashion - I can wait, or there is a round trip 'shuttle' service. (Though I haven't used it yet, mobile service is also offered). My 10 year old Escape looks, & runs great!

Dan worked with his shop foreman and communicated with people up the food chain with Ford to get it diagnosed and fixed right. Changed my perception of warranty service for the better!

And never got the "report card" I usually get with works. I feel that not everything was done. Very disappointed, very uncharacteristic.

You did not even start on service for 4-5 days even though we stressed the ugency of getting the vehicle back as my wife desperately needed it for work. The entire job took two weeks and was not that difficult. Communications was terrible.We were never called once.

I had my vehicle in walker ford 3 times for the same steering problem. They just crept putting new part on it thinking it would fix it. Well it didn't. Instead they blamed it on new parts that improperly installed by another company. They didn't fix it. I spent thousands on it and they are trying to blame it on someone else. I got took. I'm a elderly man that was taken advantage of.

The job was done, but it took almost 3 hours, the longest wait time in the past 10 years. However, Dan was kind to give a complimentary service for the trouble. Went in for a warranty purge valve replacement because it used to be a recall on car. The gas tank got deformed from the purge valve failing and the dealership failed to submit a claim for the gas tank to fix it. My car still gives me issues and they did not fully fix it to the extent that they are supposed to. Do not recommend this dealership to anyone in Florida.
