Internet sales guy was helpful and not pushy. Allowed us ample time to test cars. Finance manager was a jerk. As soon as we questioned him on something his whole demeanor changed to dismissive and uncaring. This dealership has best prices in region, on average $2000-$3000 less than others, and more inventory of colors.

I took my car in to get the oil changed I drove up, the door opened and someone was there to greet me. He explained what they were going to do and escorted me to the waiting room. It was done in about 20 minutes. He showed me what they had done and I was on my way. Everyone was kind appreciated my business. Very impressed.

Like their associates. But there was 2 special offers. Told me when I went to pay the bill I could only use one. No where on the offers was that stated. I live 75 miles away any could not come back by when they ended. And they had already changed out parts. I still will go there very disappointed.

The customer service was horrible. There were no salesmen trying to "sell" us on cars they sat in their office. We had to wait for an hour plus to sign any paperwork, and then I wasn't able to get my car until a week later! Unacceptable. Really disappointed in the men at Wackerli.

Always friendly folks, usually very quick oil changes. GET RID OF THE CAR WASH USING BRUSHES! Brushless is the ONLY way to go. The ONLY swirls in my paint finish are the result of YOUR car wash. Washed when I bought the car and washed on this last oil change, even though I requested that it NOT be washed.

Mostly good...however I was told the car technician would complete the work before he went on lunch break and then I ended up having to wait well over an hour past that time. Also, the car has been running a bit sluggish since I brought it in and also the realignment I had done doesn't seem to have worked. I need to bring it in this week to another Subaru dealer.
