The basic oil change took 2 hours. Multiple customers who arrived after me, left before me. No accountability from anyone, just 'I'm sorry' when I brought up the wait time (which they never did). Blamed it on the car wash taking too long. This is the 2nd time the service department has wasted my time. Not impressed.

I was so impressed with the way the fixed a d treated my car. I had just had my truck I to Lithia Ford. I payed over $800.00 . The truck was returned not washed or clean. Subaru fixed my car and returned it shiny and clean. Superior service. Thank you!

they did a great job, but had to go in three times to find the problem of new battery dying after buy a jump box and having to jump it 8 times it was just drained found the issue and had to have a box replaced under the hood some computer box that malfunctioned, and was replaced, so no problems there after they did a great job

I can't remember her name but the lady at the front service desk is not nice or seemed burnt out from her job. I just didn't feel welcomed by her. Even on the phone making the appointment it was difficult talking to her. Other than that the service was great and the technicians seemed very knowledgeable about the issues I was having to my radio. If it wasn't for the awesome service from those technicians I probably wouldn't come back.

They told me what needed to be done when I had a recent oil change. Even though they said it would be good through the summer, I went ahead now, figuring that the price of tires and additional parts to replace brakes were going to rise soon. I trust Wackerli Subaru completely.

A couple months ago I had Wackerli replace the battery in my Outback as it was 4 years old. On January 20th the battery failed in sub zero temps and they replaced it for me quickly and with no hassle without an appointment. Always the best customer service at this shop.

I always try to keep my car clean inside but the gentleman that serviced her this time left dirt on the floor of the drivers seat, which I even laid a towel down to keep that from happening. It was pushed to the side and the mat was filthy. Sad. The service rep was nice and friendly.

I paid for an oil change and tire rotation. They spilled oil all over my engine due to their bad filter. I had to return for them to clean it out after my car started smoking. They also didn't put air in my tires during the rotation, so I had to fill them up myself afterwords.
