I find the staff very friendly, competent and caring. The rep came out to me after the servicing was completed and explained what was done in detail and also the costs incurred. He also went out of the way regarding a concern I had about some scratching on the hood and rear panel. After the service visit, he took the car to the body shop and fixed the issue. All at no charge. I do appreciate the car being washed after each visit!

I bought the car and found that the back up camera didn't work as soon as I got home. They wanted to split the $598 cost of replacing the camera. The average quoted cost at other dealerships and mechanics was well under $300 (my half if split). They would not acknowledge my ask to split if I had it replaced elsewhere. Disappointing. I gave them two stars because I appreciate the valet service.

Recommended rear suspension be replaced at a cost of $1,600. Had a local auto shop evaluate and determined that both rear bearings were bad. Cost $600. Obviously didn't evaluate the problem very well and would have cost me $1,000 more to repair and wouldn't have fixed the problem. Time to send the techs back for remedial training. Realize they get paid to make repairs, but unnecessary repairs is fraudulent.

This dealer always takes care of business. I had an emergency with my battery that continued to discharge and go dead. So I was able to take it in that evening after the car left me stranded, and get loaner car. They identified the problem the next day. The battery was faulty, but was still under warranty. I picked it up the car the following day. Very satisfied!

Vehicle we test drive was fine..upon checking our vehicle over they open the sunroof and couldn't get it shut...they did not make any effort to even use a lubricant.. which was all it needed.. instead they just left it for us to deal with... very disappointed in the customer service..no way to treat a potential buyer...
