Very bad service. Lies told. Vehicle was never fixed after they had it for over a week. Thanks for the loaner that was almost 20 years old, full of cigarette ashes, transmissions issues, and thought the drivers door was going to fall off. I will never take another vehicle here ever again.

We traveled to Sedalia for our Newmar RV rally from So Cal. We encountered trouble with our Jeep on the way and I called to make an appointment the day after our arrival. We planned on getting a rental, because at home you make your appointment,, bring it in and within a few hours of your arrival they hope to have the diagnostic completed. Then your told it will be a day or two or three before they can get to you vehicle. Once I was told it will be about three weeks until they get to it, they were extremely busy. Question then was, why give me an appointment. Anyway I called, the lady who scheduled was extremely polite and helpful. The day I brought it in for service, it was taken right in, worked on it, they kept me informed of the status of my vehicle and they apologized it took so long to get it back to me. What a three-hour turn around? I was very happy to get it back the same day. Great job and than you for getting me in/out in what I consider record time.
