During a recent oil change, they convinced my wife to replace her cabin air filter, which I replaced late last year. They also said her tires were good, but elsewhere on the receipt said they were in bad shape. The tires are not quite 2 years old with 20,000 miles on them. Luckily she did not move forward with replacing them. Not happy at all with the service. It seems they were just looking for something to up-sell her with.
