I had requested that when I lock my XC60 that an audible peep let me know indeed it is locked however it was not performed. In addition, within 24hrs of having my Volvo serviced I received an email advising me of a $45.00 discount that I was eligible, for after 3 attempts to contact the service associate and advise him of the offer I never received a return call.

Received an amber waring light of tire pressure at 26 pounds. Check the tires and found a nail in the tread of one tire. Call for an appointment to repair the tire and was told no appointment necessary, just bring the car in. We waited a reasonable amount of time for the repair to be made and the car washed. I have purchased my Volvos and serviced them at Volvo of Princeton for almost 40 years.

The service advisor was pleasant and informative. The appointment was timely and a loaner auto was available. The service advisor kept me informed of necessary repairs and estimated costs. The repairs were done as scheduled. The repairs were completed correctly. I applaud Volvo of Princeton for their new technology which provides the customer with a detail of necessary repairs with picture or video.

That car was a lemon And for a luxury movie There was no luxury. On top of Witch at the dealership, there's no available car for loan. And we were told other booked weeks in advance. So regular service customers might get a loaner, but when your car completely breaks down, you're out of luck Explain to me how that luxury

Everything was great except the windshield wipers were installed incorrectly. The longer blade which goes on the drivers side was installed on the passenger's side, clearly extending over the edge of the windshield.
Working with Robert is always a pleasure. He had the loaner car ready for me and everything went smoothly.

Terrible experience. Didn't do what they said would do, and didn't do it when they said they would do it. I took the car out before they could fix the issue. I won't go back unless only Volvo can fix the issue, and even then I might go to a different dealership even if less convenient.

Mission accomplished and at reasonable cost.
I brought car in 8 am Tues and said I planned to drive away on trip Thursday. Initial diagnosis began later in afternoon. Required replacement part was ordered in late afternoon, part not available until Thursday: no loaner car was available. I took trip Thursday (different auto) and retrieved car following Tuesday.

Laura and another young lady were polite and professional. I was anything but pleased with the "shuttle" (car ) service that day. I was given the short ride to the Quakerbridge Mall. The car that took me there was filthy. The car that took me from the mall back to the Volvo dealership had a driver who seemed genial but did not know the proper route. He started toward I 295 when I stopped him and indicated the correct route.
I am also a bit disgruntled that the follow up e-mails that list the services performed are incorrect. One stated that I still need new wiper blades, but I was charged for these and the service and have the receipt to prove it. Even this e-mail has one "completed job" label "vehicle serviced." Surely this sould be more specific.

Emerson was once again condescending to me. As a woman, this is unacceptable. He could take lessons from Brian in the Parts Department. That man was a pleasure to work with and I only went back to this dealership for service because of him. He took care of getting me the correct windshield wipers and walked me to service so they could be installed. When there were too many waiting customers he walked me to my car and put them on himself!
Emerson told me I would be communicated via text. The text came with a 4 hour estimated finish time (when I was told 2 hours) and a note that my wipers and tires needed to be replaced due to wear and tear. When I questioned this, I never received a return text. My wipers were 1 week old, and my tires are only 8 months old.
