Nelson, my service advisor was very friendly and pleasant to deal with. They performed the required service, and we're not trying to upsell me on anything else. Also, they work quick to process me when I first got there and set me up with a loaner vehicle. Overall, very satisfied.

The drop off and pick up was smooth. Doug was very professional. The above statement does not negate the fact the Volvo informatics system is horrible. Error lights go on and off occasionally. Radio shuts off while driving and system must be rebooted. I will never buy another Volvo unless the googol informatics system is replaced. It cheapens a luxury car.

The service shop was great but the cost to switch out my Volvo on call battery came out close to $600. I would have been.fine to shut off the on call option which was creating a warning light on my dashboard but Volvo doesn't give customers that option. That was very upsetting and quite expensive to replace that required battery.
