Brought my 2004 Volvo V50 for some exterior lights to be replaced (signal and running/parking lights). As usual, the work was done quickly with no issues. This is a great service shop, organized and well run. The service bays are thoroughly professional grade, and that must make the mechanics' jobs easier.

So disappointed in the service department at Austin Volvo. There was zero communication until I went in and started asking questions. They took 40 days to diagnose, get parts and repair a fuse. I understand the issues, but no called to keep me updated. After my appearance I did receive text messages. I expect and have received better service here.

I took my car in for a/c service and the interior was damaged in 2 places and the a/c was not fixed. I took my car in for thr 2nd appointment for the a/c and it was fixed, but there was a scratch on the passenger door when I got my car back. The dealer is going to fix the interior and exterior damage.

My service advisor, Kevin Sims, remembers me from year to year and keeps ups with my needs for service. The work performed is always detailed and professional. I have been using Volvo of Austin and Volvo Georgetown for 20 years and never had poor service. I do not like the Uber shuttle - I am an Uber One member and normally have a positive experience with my personal account but my Volvo rides have been negative experiences.

I always have a pleasant experience here. The staff sees you and goes above and beyond. This last time, I forgot to ask for new windshield wipers. The following days were full of rain, and to my surprise, they replaced them without saying a thing. As I said, they go above and beyond.
