The service was performed promptly. Some supplementary services were proposed: Wheel alignment, tire rotation and balancing, and cleaning of the sunroof drains hoses. We will do the sunroof hose cleaning in the near future as clogged sunroof hoses, and subsequent leakage of water into the cabin are very detrimental.

The rating is for service. Im often pleased with the level of service by its team members at this location. However, I was taken by surprise during this last visit as I was informed that a credit card payment would incur an additional fee of 10%. I opted to use my debit card, but I am aware the merchant service providers charge an average of 2% processing fee which includes the card carrier and bank service fee.

Newly purchased used car had oil leak. Service fixed but returned in abused condition- missing anchors, broken engine cover, overfilled oil and new deep scratches on the body. Ignored another problem then ghosted me for 3 weeks. Eventually fixed but not perfect and was a hassle. Makes you wonder behind the scene.

This is a great dealership the people were very accommodating and easy to deal with. We didn't buy the car we went to see only because it was as smaller then we thought (no fault of the dealership) I would absolutely drive another 2.5 hours there if they had a car I wanted.. our sales person Mr. Garcia was excellent and very patient with us..

I didn't like the communication between us,i ask the sales person about the, car two weeks before they said that sell the car was sold and i saw in the inventory. And it wasn't sold, i call about three to four times. I get like was getting the run around. Bad communication

This is my 7th year with them. Engine light was on last week for the first time on our 2nd XC90. Joe was very thoughtful and made the whole process smooth. Also, love the app where they share the status/details of the repair. The tech took the additional time to explain the problem and the resolution in the video.

Service is over priced. Simple things like rotating you tires is extra when checking brakes or other services when tires are removed. Prices for services are expensive.
