The car was not ready when it was expected to be ready (Wednesday vs. Thursday). I informed advisor that the car had humming noise in the front right tire. He said it was due to cupping, but yet when they replaced the tires, the DID NOT INSPECT the tire for evidence of unusual wear! They want you to pay additional $300 to diagnose the car, instead of inspecting the tire during tire replacement!

There is absolutely nothing negative to say about my experience! The sales associates and General Manager, David Dupart, at Volvo Cars Palo Alto were attentive and generous. The texts we shared were pleasantly "no hard sells," simply refreshingly helpful. My interaction with them leads me to deal solely with them when I revisit the MINI. Job well done. Much appreciation.

The service representative, Marc, was terrific! He was efficient and responsive. My main reason for the 4-star rating is because no one answers the phone when you call the service department. On a number of occasions I left a message and my calls were not returned. A high-end dealership like Volvo should provide much better customer service.

McLaren of San Francisco knows how to inspect and assess McLarens in an effective and efficient manner. No wasted time trying to identify the problem. They have serviced hundreds of McLarens and can get to the heart of the issue very quickly. The Brand Manager (Navin) is a great communicator and facilitator. They work together in a seamless fashion to make sure the customer/owner is completely satisfied.

I really like the friendly service and the sincerity when helping solve the problem. Marc was the one who I met that day, my rear view mirror got hit and run in a parking lot, without it it's almost impossible to drive. Marc showed the understanding and did his best to help fix it on that very day. I am super thankful to Marc and the whole Volvo crews. Volvo is definitely my No.1 car. The snacks in the waiting room is great too!

After several services at the Palo Alto Volvo, I've decided I'll never go back. Long story short, service is not a priority apparently at this location. Despite having appointment times they always run later than quoted, don't have any loaner cars, and seem to not be interested in addressing issues that the client cares about.

My 20 K check-up on my 2023 CX60 plug-in hybrid went very well. One problem in particular that was addressed was the automatic lane change option, which caused the car to pull strongly to the left or right when the lane markers were hit. The service technician corrected this problem by turning off the lane change option, which I didn't know about. Overall, I was very pleased by this 20 K checkup and car wash.

I had a 90k mile service, with a battery change, which was quick and straightforward as every year. I had also a more complicated issue, as the infotainment system was intermittently failing. The technicians were able to figure out the problem, and replaced the system just in time for my road trip. Work well done!

Severely understaffed. Waited more than an hour just to sign in (for a scheduled appointment). Immediately following what should have been the simplest of services, I again got indication that the car is in need of service, as if it was not serviced. I have not yet heard back from anyone despite multiple attempts at contacting them.

The car was delivered with a cover that had been improperly removed, leaving marks. Additionally, the car had electrical and other issues that were not disclosed. Ultimately, I had to return the car. This was one of the worst experiences I've had with a sales representative.

Audio failed. This has happened on several occasions. Within 24 hours of the "repair" the failure recurred. I called and was offered a new appointment. That never happened. After another 24 hours the audio capability returned. I guess I'll just wait until the problem resurfaces, though I'd prefer a more conclusive and lasting resolution.
