Michael greeted me at the counter and clearly explained the care of my car and any expected charges. He then walked me over to the guest lobby that is well maintained with drinks and snacks while I waited. Michael kept me informed of the progress on my car during my wait. He also prepared my car for me to walk to by having the air conditioning running. Overall - Great Experience!

I liked the courtesy extended to me by Jill from the time I walked in, my first time at that dealership. I did not like not bring offered options for such a large cost, $2200. I opted to just get the oil and filter change, and to go elsewhere for the brake service, which was afterall considerably less money.

After my recent annual maintenance visit, my tire pressure light turned on during my drive home, and I noticed they neglected to replace one of the tire valve stem covers. (I don't think these two things are related however.) Apart from that, they were polite and professional.

I made a verbal offer, it was accepted with a text price out the door and I arranged to see the car on Friday, May 12th to complete the transaction. They do not offer online buying. Instead of keeping to their commitment to me, they sold the car on Thursday. I was not happy and expressed my displeasure to their General Manager. He was respectful and kind. Yet, I was without the car that I wanted.
