excessive doc fee. fast service and helpful, honest bunch. Good vehicles, well checked. If they would loosen up fees even if it meant price increases I'd consider them again. I just don't like adding 1800 bucks to an advertised price when I shop, but so far that's the deal at dealers.

They apparently are completely ignorant and untrained in Care By Volvo. I had to request documents for getting car registered twice, and had to go by and pick them up from the dealer, along with the insurance card, two months after I got the car! They did not report my previous car from Care By Volvo as returned and now the Volvo finanacial services has declared that car delinquent in payment and has affected my credit.

I am a cancer patient and was worried as how I was supposed to get my car to another state for servicing. I called Volvo of Mobile, Alabama and spoke to Charlene and she took excellent care of getting the car picked up, serviced and returned to me all in the same day! Now thats what I call Excellent Service! Also, my car was cleaned and that made my heart feel happy!

The car was not washed and detailed. The battery was changed, but Volvo had installed a new battery only a couple of years before. I really don't understand why the batter that costs that much does not last more than a couple of years. So, for an oil-change visit, I still did not get away without paying almost $1,000 in service charges. I just don't know that taking the car to the dealership for service is worth it.

The Service Manager Laura Collier and the Service Technician Chuck did an EXCELLENT job diaognoising and fixing a VERY difficult to locate problem with the Keyless entry system. Found a wiring harness connector disconnected under the spare tire.
