Drove it home and 2 days later had a crazy issue with the car and despite the fact that the dealer did not have to help me, they went above and beyond to help take care of me! I did make contact with this dealership. They had 1 of 2 cars I was very interested in. The ONLY reason that I did not purchase is because I already had an approval through a bank that did not list this dealership as one they do business with. My bank doesn't cut checks and so they will only deal with the dealerships that are on their exclusive list. Had I been able to go to any dealership, this is where I would have purchased.

I brought my car in for an issue with the driver-side door panel, and it ultimately required three visits to get everything fully resolved. Throughout the process, the staff were consistently helpful. Lizbeth and Gaby greeted me by name and were always friendly and attentive. The new online appointment system is easy to use. I received a loaner for two of the three visits, and a Hertz rental was provided the first time. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service I received and appreciate the team's help in getting the issue resolved correctly.

Volvo Car Marín continue to mislead customers about the cost of regular services. Quoted $247.95 online for a 70,000 mile service. On drop of was told it was $495, on pick up was charged $690. No additional work. They are not transparent with pricing and when questioned they clearly had no answer and tried to back track. Really awful customer service and advice others to think twice about taking their Volvo there for any services. I don't mind paying for the work and parts but dislike being clearly conned by a dealership. Won't be back.
