I was promised my car back by the end of the day and it wasn't ready. Then I was told to come the next day and it would be ready by 3pm. It was not.
I was also told to do numerous services that were not covered by my warranty and my car is only 2 years old with 10,000 miles. One of the services I did was only "recommended" and I was told that there was definitely rat droppings in the engine. But when I read the report after, it was not stated.

Volvo Manhattan Service has gotten its act together. I got a battery warning light. I needed the car for a long distance trip three days later. I just showed up; no appointment. I was welcomed right in. My service consultant, Jahbari Williamson has been around a few years and knew me, and more importantly, the car. Great communication throughout the day. Got the battery replaced, no alternator issues fortunately. Made the trip, no sweat.
