I had a problem over the weekend so had to wait until 8 A.M. to call service. Wayne told me to bring my car in immediately. It was a time-consuming issue, and he gave me a loaner so I could return home until the next morning. I so appreciated his thoughtfulness and knew I was, as always, in good hands. I did not like the labor price of $230 per hour, but know those technicians are the best. I am always happy when I leave Volvo!
