Service Reps are great.Service Techs have problems putting things back together. Always missing screws/bolts after service. Don't pay for having your vehicle @detailed" when all they do is go through the car wash. Expectations are not always met.

Very poor. Took 5 days to change a battery! Phone calls and e-mails are ignored and left unanswered. Clearly this dealership does not have the man power to handle day to day operations.

The service was actually great. However, I have a prepaid Fidelity plan and I thought I had cleared that. My oil change was covered through that plan at this dealership, but it wasn't. So I had to pay more out-of-pocket than I had anticipated.
