I took my car in for an oil change and was promptly given a checklist of items to be considered that totaled over $2k. Does Volvo required that much money annually to maintain their product?! My car has barely over 10,000 miles and is not even six months old. Extremely disappointed.

They advised that I needed to replace my batteries, I had replaced them two years ago with give year warranty. Since I did not have my paper copy the warranty was not acceptable because their computer did not show the specifications of the battery they did not honor the warranty!

The team is friendly, however due to the Volvo policy of what clarifies as a "lemon" vehicle, they are unable to assure this vehicle is safe for me to drive. This vehicle has left me stranded three times. The back up camera continues to be faulty where only half of the screen is visible.
I would never recommend to anyone to buy a Volvo.

I got to pay a thousand dollars on a visit I thought was typical and prepaid. They informed me that the "previous" dealer sold me the wrong one, which from my perspective, was them. Also, I visited them previously so they could have warned me that it was my last prepaid visit.

No, I do not recommend this dealer. They charged a $400+ diagnostic fee to determine that previous warranty repair on my XC-90 A/C evaporator coil was not covered. The staff was rude and condescending in nature. Avoid this dealer at all cost!
