Service was fine. Would be good if they called from their main number to let you know when they are done, as I typically do not answer numbers I dont recognize. (Personal cell phones of service team) No message was left either, so I had to call in right before closing to make sure my car was ready. Just a suggestion.

They offered me DSG service on a fully manual transmission, for starters. Then on my way home my tire pressure monitor came on. So arriving home, I checked the pressure in all four tires, which had been rotated by the dealership--55 psi!!! Not cool.

The service manager took care of us right away. He got us in and out in no time at all. A real thrill. Thank you so much. I think his name was Nate Madzel. We bought the Kia from the dealer and Alex was so helpful it makes buying a car so nice. We talked about it and no pressure. They are a great bunch of family, and I would buy from them again. If I don't see you before the Holidays have a great holiday and the best new year.

I had made a appoint for 8:am.They said that they had all of the parts I needed. after agreeing for them to do the work that day.later that day they call me telling me they couldn't do the job until the next day, then they to keep my car another day. NOT HAPPY with your service.

Not good. The car I purchased was damaged under there care. I noticed the extent of the damage after I returned to NY. Headliner was pulled down. Roof was not repaired properly. Salesman knew it. I am in contact with VW Of America. Apparently CPO has no value. This sucks. I am hopeful this can be rectified. GM and I both had no idea yo extent of damage done by body shop.

I was a little upset because they put down my mileage was 53,000 my mileage was only 47 200 and said they can't change the paperwork right now well I don't understand why that's a lot more miles almost 6,000 more than what's on there they should make those kind of mistakes so tell me how does that get changed

Excellent. Got right on my overinflated tire when patched the door before because of drill bit found inside of under inflated tire. My service advisor, Frank, took time to explain why tire pressure warning light could go off when tire is overinflated as well as more typical under inflation. Thanks David

Service was great. Was not exactly happy being told just as entered the service dept that my extended warranty (that was sold to me at this dealership) may, or may not, cover the repair. Even though this was a common issue that clearly falls inside the range of coverage. But all else was excellent.

They picked up my vehicle, it came back dirty on the inside, there was pieces of rubber all over the dash and center counsel, there was some kind of white residue on the back seat, I called the service department and left a message for Robin, no one has called me back, horrible dealership

Lack of communications between VW St. Augustine and off site provider of tinting service. I was told four different times as to when my vehicle would be ready and delivered to me...Tint job seems good...let's see how long it holds up in the Florida heat.

New employees running the service area. It took forever to them tell me that an issue with the vehicle will need it to be dropped off. Service guy, saw me Im disabled with my kids struggling had to go to him to ask for updates about vehicle. And lastly vehicle didnt event got washed. I miss the old people. I hope the change was made for the best if not will be looking for another dealership to take the vehicle.

An oil change and tire rotation--what's to screw up?! I could do without their 'recommendations,' though, which sometimes are just garbage. I rarely give the dealership permission to do any service other than that for which I've asked--until I get a second opinion.

The best service! The employees were friendly and explained everything in detail. The facility was extremely clean, good coffee and vending options. I really liked that when the service was complete the staff came to the wait area to check us out vs. us going to a person behind a window. Out of all the different dealerships I have been to this was the best customer service.

Went in to see what was wrong with my vehicle - something afoot with the tires - turns out they needed to be replaced - I elected to replace all of them at the same time, which they did. They did their usual good job and I am happy to say the vehicle runs even better now. My only suggestion is that they have some kind of reminder about rotating and having tires serviced. The maintenance sticker did not provide this.

Terrible. Total lack of professionalism. Changed the oil and didn't fill the oil to the full line. Didn't even know how many quarts it took. Then they gave me my car back with grease all over the floor mat. Don't take your car here. This was my second time and it was just as bad as the first time.

We expected excellent service, again, and we got it, again. We requested a car wash when repairs were completed, and (for a small upcharge) were treated to a well-detailed car, that included a thoroughly vacuumed, spotless interior; even the door jams were pristine. That was not expected. Nice!

First, this oil change and tire rotation took 1 hour longer then I was told it would. Then when I returned home the check engine light came on as did all the tire lights. All 4 tires were 11 lbs. lighter then the recommended air pressure. This sure wasnt the best appointment. I live 80 miles away. Its not like I can just hop down there to get this all fixed.

Service seems to have been done correctly, but we got utterly raped on the labor. VW St Augustine charged us just about double the book rate for a brake job at $129 per hour. I will only go back there unless it's a dealer only repair that is needed.
