Overall, I'm very satisfied with VW of Salem. Their rates are reasonable
and the quality of their service appears satisfactory. They're certainly cheaper

Very efficient. No appointment was necessary for an oil change. Oil change was very expensive...even though a multi-point inspection was performed. I'll go elswhere in the future.

Took 3 hours for them to just do an oil change which was kind of frustrating. The service writer was overall friendly just wished they would have updated me on the status of my car instead of just letting me wait so long.

Oil change at a decent price. Not much more to say.
Only issue is they usually recommend services not required per the owners maintenance manual.

I had a check engine light on and my car was running rough. Just a short amount of time with Josh and the team at VW and it was found I had carbon buildup in my engine.
