My recent experience with both Harnish VW and Cheverolet have been very poor. Service advisors do not communicate well, do not under stand vehicles and have no knowledge of warranty work. Im sure the do have some folks that are good at what I have yet to experience that over multiple visits.

The service advisor did not provide any updates for 2.5 days. We had to reach out and continuously reach out to get updates on our brand new Tiguan. They even have a texting system, you would think they would use it to be proactive and update customers. No vehicle owner should go days without the shop providing updates to customers.
