Service was great. I was greeted immediately by Kameron from the service department. I was coming in for an oil changed. He took down some information and after directed me to the waiting area. I know my way around the waiting area and its coffee and treats.) the wait was usually. I didn't mind I looked over the new models, which I always enjoyed. Overall I'm satisfied with my visit till next time Keep up the great work!

The folks at the desk were very friendly and helpful. The engine cooling system needed some work. When I got the car back after repair (more than 2000$) and "extensive test driving" the coolant level was very low and the oil level was so low that the warning light was on. Don't these people check even the most basic things before considering a vehicle fixed and return to the customer? - I've only ever had bad experiences at this place.

The battery replacement was done quickly, and the service representative was helpful in going over the multi-point inspection. The price was considerably more expensive than other options, but I knew that going in because dealerships charge a premium.

Mallory was very helpful. Before I checked out I mentioned to her I might be interested in replacing all my tires. Since it mentioned on the diagnostic sheet needs attention. I told her my budget and she worked her wonders with numbers and spoke to her manager as far as helping me save. But at the end I held off replacing tires at that moment. But for her to go out of her way to help me is above and beyond service! I appreciate Mallory!

We dealt with Daniel and he was great! The detailing crew could use some extra work and training because they didn't do much to my vehicle to detail it, they sprayed the outside with water and wiped the dust off the dash and that was it. There was still dirt and animal hair everywhere. But the sales personnel and manager were great!

Tires didn't get rotated even though it was included with my 20k service. Oil change sticker on windshield was not swapped out. Wants to charge $800 to change rear brake pads. Hard to trust this dealership/service department. They don't go above and beyond. They are just lazy

The gentleman from the service team that checked me in, I think Chris, went above and beyond. My driver's door has been creaking for a while and he made sure that the bolt got tightened and it stopped. He ensured my tire lights were reset. 100% he made my experience the best one I've had there yet. I bought my 2021 Atlas new there and have it serviced there exclusively.

I was there almost 4 hours for them to tell me that the part would be 2 to 8 months before they get something for me. That was way too long and I knew I was waiting on my car. It should not have took that long for just a sensor check.
