The actual service was fine as usual. It was the almost $200 for a basic oil change and the now 3% use of a credit or debt card that VW is charging back to its customers. I will find other sources like EuroFix to do my service from now on at a more reasonable rate.

Had an appointment to have my vehicle looked at and they did not get to it until 3 days after the appointment. I asked them to drive it so they could get the issue to duplicate and they didn't even drive it as requesting d then said they couldn't get it to duplicate the issue. Very poor customer service.

This service was on my son's car. I was out of town to assist. It was a basic battery replacement, but the dealer was prompt, communicated well, and they had his car back within half a day. This was my son's first solo experience at a dealer and it was very positive. Great customer service.

the best thing is the car the people were nice but a bunch of liers smh not happy with them 3wks after purchase the power train light came on my reduced power to keep from over heating it reduced my speed to 5mph was almost hit from behind several times. they will not fix my car

They are nice. But I always find that they don't complete all things on the cars. I often get back in and have to check my tire pressure and set it myself. I am not sure they check to make sure all computer updates are done.
