Very easy scheduling the time the car was in the shop was as predicted, and the service manager and one of the mechanics said plenty of time to talk to me and answer my questions. I'll also mention I have greatly appreciated the Uber lift home and then back again to pick up the car.

Took in my car for 5 days. Saying for an additional examination the car needs to be driven 60 miles. When picking up the car the car only drove 4 miles which was the same mileage as day 2 of service. Technician said issue was due to poor fuel, but car has been fueling with 91 octane. Also mentioned numerous times about clinging noises coming from engine, but they disregarded it until it became a huge issue. Poor communication also.

VW Gainesville fixed an oil leak at the vacuum pump "gasket" 3000 miles ago. Now they say the vacuum pump is bad and want another $1600. Seems that the gasket is the only place it can leak. Should have fixed it right the first time.
