I had stopped going to get my car serviced by this shop since the time I was rudely answered that they did not have enough techs to do an oil change service. I got a great offer to visit them again and certainly regret it. Almost two hours for an oil change after a timed appointment and would say it was not worth the deal.

Terrible experience. VWs policies do not put the client before their profits. My car has been there 3 times in 2 months and the same problem still exists because they don't take a look at the whole problem. They repair what they see or what you tell them and send you back in the road with the problem. When you go back, they want to charge you again for the same problem. $3k later and I still have leaking oil.

Honestly it was pretty inconvenient visit with them not completing the safety recall correctly. The woman who isn't a lady at all who goes by Michelle was absolutely terrible at soft skills and just all around a terrible person. I'm very bummed I even bought tires from this place because now I have to deal with them in the future.
