I have an Intoxalock box attached to my car as punishment for a DUI in 2022. The company can be called for auto-service personnel to disconnect the box, perform the required work, then reattach the box. I failed to contact the company in advance, and that's my fault. But the service manager didn't want to take the time for me to call Intoxalock (which his service people or he could have done -- the number is on the box) and suggested I go to Jiffy Lube for my oil change. And Discount Tire for the tire rotation. So I didn't receive any service. But I did save $130! So that's a recap of my recent experience. I haven't made up my mind about whether to darken their door again at VW North Scottsdale.
