The rep. Will not have correct answers so will throw any kind of answer to your question. Brandon is a great rep. Though. They will document they did something to your car they didn't. They do surface mechanical work but aren't knowledgeable in real mechanical work or how to find the problem.

They are very kind however, my TDI had a DPF indicator light come on IT JUST NEEDED CLEANED They claimed it failed and must be replaced for almost 4k 2 days after I took it home NOT GETTING THE WORK the indicator light turned off Turned out driving fast for 30 minutes worked THESE PEOPLE ARE LYING VULTURES But I guess that's normal

Battery was replaced. It was 4 years old. Car was inspected and I was sent a video of said inspection. Headlight bulb and rear brake light bulb were replaced and car was washed and interior vacuumed. Car was held for about 24 hours.

They did not repair my tire. They said they looked at my tire that had been losing air and couldn't find anything. Said I need new tires (which I do need soon but not immediately) and sent me on my way. Just for my tire to go flat again. Luckily my husband was able to pull the tire when he got home from his work week and he found the very obvious nail and repaired the tire.

Was a long day for service recall. Had to get a hotel for a night we live 100 miles away at our expense. They did send a Lyft ride to the hotel to take us back to the dealership at there expense in the morning. Not a bad experience just a inconvenience. People were nice.

Just finally got 2- recall items done due to delay of parts for over a year. Of course Volkswagen wanted to attach $1400 in other repairs outside of the recall service. This is the reason I quit using this dealership when you were on Hwy 99. Said my water pump is leaking and there's no evidence of a leak??? Not using you for anything again.
