After waiting far too long with no response or quote provided, I had to repeatedly chase them down just to get an updateonly to find out the car was already sold. A basic heads-up or timely reply is the bare minimum for customer service. If this is how they treat prospective buyers, I'm actually relieved I didn't spend my money here.

The experience was good except for the trying to sell you the alignment. It's not only double the price of anywhere else, it was needed. The entire screen of currently cars says they needed an alignment and all were new, like mine. Either it's a fake read or they need to reevaluate their cars. That's crazy.
