The service advisor was very kind and helpful as usual. My vehicle was serviced, and I was given an inspection of things I might want to have serviced next time I take my vehicle. Service went smoothly, amount of time taken for service did take a little longer than I was first told but not too much. Service recommendations were honest, and included a detailed printed page where they break down everything from what the affected parts do, importance of said service, and individual price for each repair. No hassle and no pressure from service to do repairs.

Had an oil change done an the filter was not put back on properly. Was leaking oil for about a week, real big inconvenience as well as dangerous, I could have ended up with a busted engine. Probably won't do oil changes there anymore. Who knows how much I would have ended up paying if it wasn't noticed.
