Took my truck in for a recall nothing was wrong with it. When I got my truck back the check engine was on. I asked about it and they stated I had to pay to get it checked. So took somewhere for half the price. I will never go back to Viva ford

They told me the reason for my vehicles issue was because of all my fluid in the vehicle. He said all from brake fluid to transmission. I brought the car in for an engine oil pressure switch replacement. I service my vehicle at manufacturer recommendations. Stay away from this place.

My expedition went in for a safety recall related to the wiper arm. What I found interesting was the fact that they did replace the wiper arms but reused the old wiper blades. Really through me off, I would have imagined they would have replaced them with new wiper blades. The service rep was outstanding. Contacted me as soon as vehicle was ready.
