Took 2 days to diagnose a bad battery. Charged $200+ for diagnosis and battery wasn't replaced even though dealership had replaced under warranty 2 years prior and still under 3 year warranty. Factory update for vehicle CPU was available and was an additional charge of $200+ which I opted out of.

Engine oil was changed quickly and professionally. All staff were very helpful, friendly and efficient. Only reason they do not get 5 stars is their computer system had a difficult time figuring out to apply a typical MOPAR oil change coupon that I have used multiple times over the years at other dealerships. They were happy to honor the coupon (for a two oil change package at discounted price).

First time the truck was in the shop for warranty work, came out of the shop motor light on and went to limp mode. Would not get in back in the shop for 2 weeks. Finally got it back in was in the shop for 4 weeks did not fix it. Told me it was out of warranty. I will pay a shop to fix the problem. This truck had 48500 miles on it. Totally b s . I will let everyone know that this shop will rip you off bad.

When I arrives I asked if they top the fluids, I was told by Cisco that they will top the windshield washer fluid if low. I mentioned to him it was low so to make sure it was topped off. I got home and my husband checked and it wasn't done, we had to drive all the way back to the dealership to get this done, such a waste of time when it could have been done the first time.
