Excellent service, Silverio was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions and or concerns. They were honest about repairs and how to save from possibly added cost which is very rare now a days. Vision Kia of East Rochester really cares about there customers. As long as Silverio is employed at the dealership they have a life time customer in me.

They replaced a battery in my fob, but never checked to see if it worked. Now I have to take it back(an hour drive), have them replace it again-and if it doesn't work then I'll need another appointment. Also, even though I said, and the computer confirmed, that a sensor was malfunctioning.because they couldn't recreate the problem they didn't fix it.but it cost me $112.

I didn't like the fact that the dealer run commercials stating that you don't have to make an appointment for oil change, just come in. My wife did just that only to be told that she had to make an appointment. Plus I don't agree with the $5.99 misc charge that was added on.

First There is a sign outside of Kia. Stating. Oil change no appointment needed. Came in they couldn't accept me I had to make appointment for next day....came back and service had to have me sign for putting my ignition recall in. BUT. I already had it done thru them they even put warning on windows but wasn't done....now I have to go back to pick up oil change sticker to put on my car for to know when to make next appointment
