Vision Hyundai has been & still are great at service. The gentle men & ladies are so pleasant & professional. The driveways & parking lots need some help, as in filling the pot holes. Some are deep. Then repaying. A person could trip & fall. Just think of the damage that can happen to a car. Even 1 being delivered.

Liked: Fantastic mechanic named Jason found the problem with the blue tooth draining my battery. Didn't like the fact that I had a door scratch on my drivers door. I can't be certain that it happen there but when I park my car anywhere it is well away from other vehicles.

I made an appointment to have my passenger side back tire looked at immediately due to a bubble had formed size of an egg, service department instructed to come right in, literally no wait time, took my car in immediately! That was great service and customer service was through the roof from all staff!! I only take my car to Vision Hyundai in Webster NY.

Like: The service manager knew what my problem was right off the bat. Didn't Like: I was told that I needed to use the car every few days or the battery would die. So what happens when I go on vacation I need to disconnect the battery. Are you kidding me?

It was fine but my sales person seemed to be in a rush to leave (it was at the end of business, but I'm buying a new vehicle). He also was not very responsive to phone calls. He was always in the middle of "making a sale".
