Once I was able to make the appointment, which I had to do in person because I could not get through your phone system. Luis gave me his direct number, which is now in my phone and helped when I had to return for another quick issue (plug my tire). They took care of the issue, and it was covered by my warranty. All is good.

Attempted to schedule service online but was told they were booked out over a month. Called in and got scheduled quickly. Service was prompt and friendly. Only complaint is having to leave service and go into a person's small office in order to make a payment.

The staff in the service department were wonderful. Pleasant and respectful. However, the price for one tire was very expensive. Being a customer for over six years I think I should have gotten a discount or something more reasonable. The price was over $250 for one tire.
