I'm really upset that I was signed up for four services and no charge when I bought my car. I just had my second service. I bought my car in November of 23. I only have 5700 miles on it cause I don't drive a lot but they deleted my last 2 free services becouse I didn't get all four done in time. I only have t thousand miles on my car and serviced it twice already

People are nice. But my issue never got fixed. Had my car for along period of time, still didn't get it fixed. It was not a priority, probably because it was warranty work. Picked my car up because I needed it, had cat prints inside my car, as if it was left with the widows open. I take very good care of my car so of course that bothered me. My car still not fixed but I can't just keep leaving it for months at a time.

Service was great. However, after having the 3rd set of rotors put on and being told we can't drive to LA because of the mountains, I immediately ate the negative equity and got a Honda pilot. If you are thinking about a Kia please re think your choice. Unless it's a starter car, like your first car and that's all you can afford. They don't hold value, and are basically lemons

Very bad!! Second time I have serviced my Sorento and it's always half done ! Never completed correctly. This last time they did not replace the radiator cap and there was a bad cooling leak all over the entire engine.

I took my car in and was not able to be seen after four hours awaiting. They told me to come back after their lunch and wait for more hours. Bad service very slow service and one lady was kind of rude.

I will keep coming to this dealership for all my services needs I dont live in Visalia. I live in Bakersfield and I will never go to Haddad Dodge/Kia because they take 1 week for just a oil change and they will leave your windows down for cats to get and use the restroom in your car. Never had that problem with Visalia Kia best place ever to take your car.

Transmission makes a strange sounds, gets stuck between gears and the 'air conditioner' leaks even overnight when it's not on yet the dealership can't pinpoint any of the problems. None of their cars on the lot have puddles under the cars, yet mine does even when it hasn't been turned on in days and they say it's normal. Have replaced the transfer case and that didn't fix the transmission noise, replaced the tensioner and still it's not fixed. Would never buy another Kia, ever.
