Especially appreciate that they go over the cost and their reasoning for recommending repair or not BEFORE they do the work, educating and giving as a chance to make decisions that fit our budget and our car needs and future plans.

I had a gear in my steering column replaced by VIP. The part cost less than $2.00, but it took 4 hours of work to remove the steering column and replace it. Most KIAs have the same problem, as our luxury Cadenza. Kudos to VIP for fixing the problem, shame on KIA engineers for designing a dorky plastic gear that is so inaccessible.
