I have been on this dealership before for service and always was a great experience. My last visit was scheduled for 7:00 am but after almost three hours waiting I'd ask about the status of my service (oil and oil filter change) but no one at the very first moment did not know about my Ascent; there were no Jose Ortiz on their service list. After coming outside and walked towards the shop I noticed my car was done but not ready on paper to be returned back to me. After asking for the service Manager and making him aware of the situation it was discovered that the paperwork on my car belonged to another person causing this the delay of the car's return back to me. The service advisor apologized for the inconvenient and lastly I was not charged for the oil and oil filter change.
