Terrible
The service department wrecked the truck by hitting another car. Truck is at body shop with no known date of when it will be completed. Have left a couple messages for upper management and the general manager and no return calls. Unbelievable how poor the customer service has been. Still trying to get answers 2.5 weeks later.

Didn't register warranty that was purchased from this dealer. Took more than one trip and several different people to sort out why the work was not under the warranty. When the repair was finally covered and completed did not notify me of completion. Did not wash car either.

I was told there was a free tire rotation with my service. One of my tires had been deflating. I told the service tech this and he said they would check the tire and patch if necessary. The service was good and people were friendly. I paid for the service and thought all was taken care of. However, my tire continues to deflate and it appears it was NEVER rotated since the tire is in the exact same place.

The worst customer service. Had an appointment and when I showed up they told me it would be 1.5 hours before my car would even get looked at. Then had to take it in again for the actual repair. Dropped it off the night prior. Called at 11 and they said no one had looked in the overnight drop box. My appt was at 7:15AM and no one thought to call and ask where my car was. I will find another Toyota dealership to go to in the future.

This experience was fine. The shuttle driver was very nice. This oil change had to be rescheduled multiple times because when I had previous appointments, they overbooked and said it would take multiple hours. So, even though I had an appt, and had taken time off work to get the car there, I couldn't get the oil change done because it would have taken too. long.

Service was excellent! Price was way too high. Plus I was charged for stuff I didn't ask for!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When your service writer is on commission and your mechanics are on commission the customer gets screwed. I'm a stock holder and I won't be back.

Horrible service....didn't make an effort to truly see if the wheels fit. Barry the service manager was so far from professional as well. Will NEVER do business with Village Pointe again without some sort of plan to improve. Everyone on the management team at VP Toyota thinks they are above everyone else as well. Warren Buffet would be proud of that team I am certain. Really disappointed in how we were treated.

We purchased a 21 Rav4 from them with a broken windshield. They said they would pay for it to get fixed so with left that day with it. We asked them how long before the check arrives for us to fix it. They said it typically takes a week. It has been 2 weeks no check. When we contacted our sale rep George we get no response.
Also they couldn't get our back license plate off of the car we traded I'm, so we're waiting on that too.
