Brought my F-150 in for service repair on Monday and by Friday of the same week the service department has NOT pinpointed the issue/problem. I've been without a vehicle for more than a week, now I am "forced" to rent a vehicle for an undetermined time, all because this dealership's (Villa Ford of Orange) inept service department.

As we were driving down to California we experienced car problems. After we arrived we contacted Villa Ford of Orange and they had us bring the car in. They kept us up to date every step along the way and we're friendly and extremely professional throughout the whole experience.

The service is done for what I need and is done in a timely manner. Domingo made the process super easy and was very helpful with what was needed. Didn't even have to leave my work to drop off or pick up my truck. They came to pick it up and drop it off. Definitely sticking to Villa Ford and Domingo Naranjo for all things needed.

My LED light was out on my truck. Found out they have to replace the whole headlight. LED lights are suppose to last longer than 60k miles. I had a recall that needed to be done also. They did not have the part so they said they would call back the next day when the got the part in stock. That was two weeks ago, I'm still waiting for the call. After doing my research, this is light issue is happening to many trucks without a fix.
