Full sevice provided but fluids levels are the same before and after service which is below the half mark. How do the tech fully inspect the vehicle and does not do the necessary maintenance so that the vehicle can work efficiently. Some people are too lazy or sick in their brains. Sad times.

All items completed. The customer service gal didn't seem like she cared too much about me. I waited long and never explained why there would be a long wait. I would have understood if explained why. Then came into the waiting room called my last name and just said your car is ready. She was standing at a distance, I felt like I was a nobody. The mechanics did a good job. I appreciated the car wash.

Scheduler couldn't see that the needed part (a PID headlight) was not in stock, which required an alternative (aftermarket) unit. Might have saved me money but cost Victory and Toyota some profit. Smarter system would not have let her schedule until the part was available...

The same salesperson who guided me through my 2006 purchase spent a great deal of time helping us buy the Rav 4 in the exact model we wanted. Routine service visit with multi check inspection. Battery was marked as 'good' but no cold amps were checked. Battery died the following week. After charging we took our Toyota to a local Conrad's and it failed the test. Feel that Victory could have caught the issue earlier.

Typically a service advisor keeps me updated during a long visit. After 2.5 hours i went to see if all was well. She said they were"busy back there" but my car was ready. After paying, then starting home the clock was wrong and the preset radio stations wiped, a sign that used to mean there was an electrical interruption in the system. That never happens, so i am a little concerned about this.

The service was performed professionally. However, the dealership did not go above and beyond. Surprisingly, a tire rotation under the two-year service agreement should have included tire balancing (Additional Charge). Additionally, the service should have included topping off the fluids as well. In conclusion, my car was washed, and extra care was taken to keep the interior clean.

All the work scheduled was done, and the car is running smoothly. My tires were purchased at Metro Toyota and the tire rotation should have been free. I was charged, and this overpayment was corrected after a phone call. My attention was not called to the exhaust system. If there is "damage, leaks, or corrosion" I guess I will find out during the winter months.
