They could not diagnose the problem and gave us possible solutions that were quoted at $11,000 with a 50/50 chance of solving the problem. They spent less than 15 minutes with the van. The charge for this "service" was $180.00. I will never go back. If you need service find another dealer. This service department is no good.

Service Managers and Service Technicians are knowledgeable, professionally friendly and insure the customer's understanding of service required and any issue identified. They are patient and polite to guarantee customer's satisfaction. I have been pleased with and comfortable with the car care and Service department's work and personnel interactions. I just bought my radio and it keeps going out and the check engine light turned on and they said they couldn't check codes cuz it's a Chevy and they have to make an apt with the Chevy dealership and would get back to me. That was maybe a week and a half ago and I still haven't heard anything.

Even with an appointment I waited over a hour before they even took my car in the garage. Also 99% sure they did not rotate my tires like they were supposed to. They were also supposed to vacuum the driver and passenger sides along with washing my car. Neither happened

Car has issues with batteries. Purchased new 2015. Miles 56k. On 3rd battery. One under warranty. The folks at Victory tested car charging system. Clear. Gave me a break on battery purchase.
Still dont understand.

I expected that the vehicle would be cleaned and fuel filled. I was supposed to receive the "Internet Discount" but noticed when I got home that the actual price financed was not the internet price and was $1000 higher. We were going to return and get my spouse a new vehicle next week but not so sure that we will buy from here again.

Worst Nissan dealership I ever draled with. They made a fault and fake diagnosis and charged me for unnecessary reasons. Please I firmly advise whoever has in thoughts to take his/her vehicle there should never dream of doing so... It's a crook and bad dealership with very awful services..

The car seemed to be rigged for selling. All sorts of noises began to come from behind the dashboard. This all happened within two weeks time. I told them they thought I was an old lady with no common sense and they were trying to take advantage of me. I returned it to them and they paid it off. I got a better deal on a brand new Nissan Versa.

Everyone was very pleasant, especially David. We needed the power seat motor replace & it was installed in about 2 hours. I had to ask for a completed work order though, as none was offered. We had prepaid the work last week, as requested, and gotten a receipt then. I like to keep a complete file though and wanted something to show the work was completed.

Victory Nissan service was professional courteous and timely as they completed our oil change and they offered a courtesy vehicle if we needed, which we didn't. They offered coffee water and snacks while we waited. That was a nice bonus. They are super nice and really concerned about our car and our comfort and any inconvenience we may be put through.

My service person is very friendly very attentive and helpful. I bought my car at Nissan of Columbia but they personnel at Dickson is Great. There was something that I really thought was unprofessional of the lady that is a service person and the lady that takes the payments. On Saturday when I was sitting waiting on my car both of those ladies got in an argument and the younger one was yelling at the lady that takes the payments telling her that dont mess with her because she was not the one to mess with.
