Service is usually top notch. This time the mechanic put in the wrong type of synthetic oil in my truck. He did realize after about 4 quarts. They had to drain and refill with the correct synthetic. I had him indicate the mistake on the receipt incase of any future issue.

They added a hidden charge for some oil engine conditioning additive for $59.99 and did not disclose that to my wife. She paid $200 for what was suppose to just be an oil change. That is predatory sales tactics to do that to people.

All 3 of my visits there have been less than satisfactory. First visit, service tech tried to sell me every service possible, I just needed an oil change and wiper blades. They had quite a difficult time with the wiper blade replacement. Second visit was OK, but by the time I got home, about 12 miles, my rear tire only had about 15lbs of pressure in it. The service tech took air out of my tire instead of topping it off. My third and last visit, they said they had trouble getting the drain plug back in. Even had a local parts store bring them a new one, which they said was the wrong one. They finally emerged from below saying they "made it work." I will not be returning for anymore services.
