The team did a great job repairing my car with a rapid turnaround time on the eve of a holiday. And, the best part was that while they had it there, they performed the service related to a recall so I wouldn't have to make a separate appointment. Great communication throughout and friendly staff.

I purchased a used chevy from Victory motor group that came with 2 years of free oil changes. When I went into a scheduled appointment for an oil change, they refused to service my car, stating that I had to go to a chevy dealership. It was not until I called a chevy dealership, and verify that Victory motor group could do it, they allowed my to get my scheduled oil change.

They did a more thorough inspection than anyone that has looked at my car before.
They got me in early, diagnosed problems, gave me a timeline of how long I could safely put off repairs, and even CLEANED MY CAR before giving it back. Excellent customer care beginning to end!!!

Maureen Kelly was wonderful. Very customer service oriented, she was thorough, organized and knowledgeable.
After Bob's behavior (service writer) and comments towards Maureen (service writer) and an older female customer I would not recommend Victory Honda. His behavior is misogynistic, rude and disrespectful. Due to this I would not recommend Victory Honda. I looked for a manager or owner but none were in the building at the time.

They were able to offer a timely appointment for recall work and other service items. Gave a good window for doing the work and offered a shuttle for while work was being done. After multipoint inspection, agreed with items flagged. Car drove better after the work.

The maintenance was completed within the time estimate. The maintenance package I was sold felt deceptive since I had to pay for a fluid change. I was under the impression the plan would cover all routine maintenance. I would recommend the shop, but not the maintenance plan they offer when selling cars.

Battery replacement was taken care of on the same day we took the 2020 Honda HRV to Victory Honda. The service manager waived the diagnostic testing fee because we have been loyal customers since 2002. Another 5 Star customer service performance.
