I had just brought in my 2024 Honda CRV for a oil change and service. Unfortunately, the TPMS was not reset to the latest tire pressures. I believe the tires were rotated. The pressures should have been: 35 psi front and 32 psi in the back. I understand it is hard to get "cold" tire pressures. It was slightly alarming to get a alert code while driving. If anything please double check your work.

I had a great experience, while my car was being cared for Jessica a customer service representative there went above and beyond checking on the timeline of my car checking if I need anything checking children's needs there that we're waiting with their parents. Did not take too long, pretty much time they said. Brake bleed and oil change. When I got home I opened the hood and the tech that did the work left some oil he splashed or spilled and did a poor job of cleaning it off. Also on the front body right by the hood was not even cleaned off, not happy about that. Car only has 11,000 mils and I like to keep it in top shape.

The sales process was straightforward but when it came down to the vehicle inspection and findings, there were some issues. The inspection showed all areas checked out with all proper functioning equipment and appearance. Within 48 hours the battery was dead and I discovered a small windshield crack within the driver sight line that had an attempted repair. The battery was replaced and windshield replaced by the dealership.
