they "fixed" the problem and within a week, the jeep broke down again because of their work. had to take it back again for them to fix their work, and one week later, more issues arose. never use victory again!

It took 2 days to clear the codes that remained after putting in a new battery. Very disappointed on the amount of time it took to diagnose and the amount charged to do this simple service. As someone who purchased my truck and used this dealership for all my truck servicing, this was definitely my least favorite experience.

I set up an appointment. The shop started working on my truck as soon as I arrived. Although I didn't wait long they have a very nice comfortable clean waiting area. The work was completed and the bill paid. I was back on the road in less than an hour. The people were friendly and helpful. I would recommend Victory with no hesitation. They do a good job.

Poor customer service, I was told that 7 quarts of oil was put in my 5 quart capacity car. I had a coupon which really wasn't used since it was good for 5 quarts. I was charged for 6 quarts which was incorrect. The dealer refused to adjust the price which they did admit I was overcharged. I was also told that if the bill was redone I would owe them more money.

Dodge service team was great. The enterprise rental team was less exciting, indicating they didn't have a rental car for me and notified me at 6pm the night before. Their advice was to cancel my truck appointment and make another, vs maybe letting me know that you guys have a Lyft service that could also be used???

I had made an appointment for my oil change and tire rotation. Ive been bringing my vehicle to my Dodge dealer for all of my services since I purchased it in 2015. I considered myself a very loyal and value customer. Somehow theres no feeling of being valued. No discounts, no coupons sent out in the mail. The atmosphere isnt as friendly as it once was. Im considering going somewhere else for my service next time. Not a happy feeling!

They charged me $55.00 to replace my wiper blades but they did not replace them.I did not notice till I was already home. Not to mention on the 40 point inspection they said the wiper blades were good even though they were falling apart. I should have checked before I left, so it's partially my fault. I just didn't think I had to.

I asked to do oil change and tire rotation, tires are close to indicates, didnt tell me until I said something. I told them to do the rotation as I asked. When they told the tech to do the job she was not happy. Besides taking her time she was throwing the caps around. So as soon as my contracts on the ram and my jeep are done they will not get any more of my business .

It was terrible. They were unable to resolve the wiring problems that they themselves previously caused. And to make matters worse, they charged me almost $200 to diagnose the problem they created and couldn't fix it.
I will never get another Chrysler or dodge because most of these dealerships do not have knowledgeable technicians to resolve problems with your vehicle.
