The Victory Chevrolet Maintenance Department did an excellent job getting us in and out for service in a timely manner. Our Service Agent (Terrell) was excellent as well. He kept us up to date throughout the time we were there on the progress of my vehicle.

Everyone walked around me like i didn't exist. Have had problems since I bought car here. Messed up original contract. Made me come back to sign another. Changed price. Paid for service contract just to be treated like I am nothing every time I service car. Very unhappy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Will never buy a car from here again!!!!!!!!!!

On this service trip, tires on my 2017 Colorado were replaced with the same Goodyear M&S 255/65 R17 Wrangler Fortitude NT tires as had been removed with 88,800 miles and were original tires. Victory Chevrolet mounted, balanced and performed a four wheel alignment. It drives like a new truck! I enjoy the people and the service at Victory Chevrolet in Charlotte!

I have always received wonderful attention on my vehicle when I took it in for service. The service waiting area is always clean and comfortable with chairs and tables for you to use if you need to do computer work. There is a separate area for those needing some quite place to work and another area with a TV for watching news & weather updates. No Kids are left out, there is another area for the kids to play also.

Nice people but understaffed. I had significant engine issues but it took a week and a half before they began work. Once started it took a full day. I had to call to get any informationno one would contact me until the work began. Beyond frustrating. The actual work and mechanic was top notch. Just need better communication

I had a horrible experience. Was told I need tire rotation only to have my tire nut lugs flying out in the highway to top it off they didn't have any consideration . I would never take my vehicle there again.
